EDI’s objective includes development of a unique EcoResort facility with complimentary programs, tours and special events that will exploit the opportunities within the large and under-developed leisure nature based, heritage/native and outdoor recreation market. These programs and other items will be:

Focused upon the local nature-based, adventure recreation, heritage/native and educational tourism ecoexperience to the national and international markets Located on properties offering high quality natural resources with each featuring different and unique onsite and offsite experiences Broadly promoted through highly focused micro-marketing programs. These cost effective programs will target under-served high interest groups and simultaneously build awareness and usage in broader underdeveloped market segments Managed to sustain or enhance the habitat and bio-diversity through the use of highly trained professionals who will establish and maintain environmental impact monitoring and habitat management systems Constructed and operated using state-of-the-art cost-effective, environmentally friendly technology such as: Renewable Energy –Solar conservation Conservation water usages Waste water programs Sustainable development programs LEED Programs Organic foods Other Green technology Conducting market research & feasibility studies; Establishing a separate not-for-profit organization to develop and manage the environmental and educational Programs. This organization is intended to generate critical public sector project support and approvals as well as to secure private sector funding for image enhancing scientific research. Prepared to develop a land use plan and can secure all local and state permits/approvals necessary to commence construction on the site.
